1979
Founding
NEROL is established in Cairo in 1979, beginning with the manufacture and distribution of detergents for the Egyptian market.
1989
Expansion
NEROL expands its supply of chemical raw materials to Egyptian industries.
1990
Going International
NEROL begins sourcing specialized chemicals from Europe and Asia to serve Egyptian industrial customers.
1996
Global Partnership
NEROL is appointed exclusive Egyptian representative and distributor of CISME Italy, marking a defining chapter in the company’s global growth story.
Today
Modernization
NEROL supplies chemical raw materials for cosmetics and personal care, detergents and home care, paints and coatings, adhesives and construction, textiles, flavours and fragrances, natural oils and extracts, petrochemicals and other industrial applications. Drawing on decades of experience and our partnership with CISME, we help manufacturers and formulators identify suitable materials and review their technical and sourcing requirements. For materials outside our catalogue, we assess local or international sourcing, subject to technical suitability, supplier availability and commercial review.

About Cisme
Headquartered in the financial city center of Milan, CISME, founded in 1987 has grown to become a reliable partner in the research & development, production, and supply of chemicals for the paint & glue, detergency, cosmetic, textile, and drilling industries. CISME implements and maintains since 2002 a Quality Management System which fulfils the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
