NEROL handles the order documentation, supplier documents and import paperwork for your shipment. The exact scope of services is stated in each quotation.

Volume pricing

Container and special orders of factory-origin goods are generally priced more favourably per unit than repeated small purchases from local stock. Final pricing is confirmed only in the written quotation.

Local stock or full container?

  • Need a few drums from local stock? Local path: EGP + 14% VAT; quantities subject to stock at confirmation; optional NEROL factory repack.
  • Need a dedicated container? FCL special-order path: USD/EUR CIF Alexandria (or EXW per quotation); ACID / import paperwork coordinated by NEROL within the quotation scope.

How it works

  1. RFQ — Product, kg or FCL, packing preference (drums / IBC / bags), destination (default Alexandria).
  2. Technical alignment — TDS/SDS to verified business customers on request.
  3. Written quotation — CISME-aligned FCL / special-order quote; price, packing, lead time.
  4. PO / signed PI — Customer confirms; payment terms per quotation.
  5. ACID / Nafeza — Advance cargo information coordinated; ACID must appear on shipping documents.
  6. Shipment advice — Vessel and ETA when available.
  7. Packing list + commercial invoice — Document QA (weights/wording) before clearance.
  8. Bill of lading — Follows packing documents.
  9. Alexandria arrival — Clearance with ACID-aligned docs; local fees as applicable.

Factory and repack notice

All repacks are prepared at the NEROL chemical factory. Repacked by NEROL (نيرول لتصنيع الكيماويات). The NEROL SDS version is based on this NEROL repack. The chemical itself is not manufactured by NEROL. Technical data sourced from CISME Italy.

Availability

Availability: Special order unless marked Ready in stock. Container and special orders are quotation-based; price, quantity, packaging and lead time are confirmed in writing before order confirmation. Technical documents are provided to verified business customers on request.

Document checklist

Quotation → PI/PO → ACID → Packing list → Commercial invoice → Bill of lading → Certificate of origin.

Note: ACID must appear on all shipping documents. CargoX document upload is not physical cargo delivery.

Lead time and packing

Indicative ocean indent lead time is confirmed per quotation (often several weeks door-to-door; not a promise). NEROL does not repack cargo mid-ocean or at sea. Where a NEROL repack applies, packing is prepared only at the NEROL chemical factory before shipment. Containers that ship in original supplier packaging are not NEROL-repacked.

Dangerous goods

Mixed full-container loads may include goods of more than one transport class. The applicable UN number(s) and hazard class(es) are taken from the product SDS and the shipping documents for that shipment, and are confirmed in the written quotation. This page does not assign UN numbers to catalogue products.
