What to send
- The exact product name and grade, or its INCI/CAS identity where available.
- Your intended application: for example a shampoo, cream, liquid cleaner, coating or textile process.
- The issue you are investigating: texture, stability, solubility, foam, processing or compatibility.
- Relevant process conditions, including pH, temperature and the stage at which the material is added.
Turn documentation into a practical check
Ask for the applicable technical data sheet and safety data sheet. Where a supplier gives a use level or processing range, apply it to that exact grade and application. Bench trials, stability checks and finished-product evaluation remain part of formulation development.
